I am an Accredited and Qualified Life & Executive Coach, Qualified Trainer and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Having worked within the recruitment industry for many years, I recognise and understand the challenges faced in an industry that is target driven, fast paced and financially rewarding. But at times can be demanding, challenging, competitive and dependent on economic markets.

My career started out as a Recruitment Consultant and I developed my career path to Senior Management level.  I have held full P&L responsibility up to $130 Million working in local and international markets in Ireland, the UK and North America. My sector experience includes Accountancy, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Engineering and Construction across Contract, Permanent and Executive recruitment.

I am experienced in change management and transition, diversifying business and generating new revenue streams. I am passionate about enabling personal development in others and founded Ancora to offer Training and Coaching to businesses and organisations.
