Natasha Dowd

Chief Executive Officer

Natasha Dowd is a qualified executive coach, qualified trainer, and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and International Coaching Federation.

With over 25 years experience in the recruitment industry in Ireland, the UK and North America, she has an in-depth understanding of the challenges and demands of the changing talent marketplace.

Natasha’s corporate training experience spans multiple sectors, including accountancy, finance, IT, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, engineering and construction, across contract, permanent and executive recruitment.

Passionate about enabling personal development in others, Natasha founded Ancora to offer effective learning, development and coaching solutions to individuals, businesses and organisations.
